Sky forwards the email to Jo for confirmation

Sky doesn’t click the attachment... Not yet.

Instead, she hovers over the sender’s name again.
Still doesn’t look familiar. But Jo’s name is in the subject line… maybe it’s legit?

Sky opens a new message, adds a short note, and forwards the email to Jo.

“Hi Jo – just checking if this was someone you referred?”

She hits send... And waits...

Jo is in back-to-back meetings, as usual.
The little Teams dot looks like the stop sign, 'do not disturb' ⛔.
Sky checks her inbox again. No reply.

Ten minutes. Nothing.

The email sits there.
No response. No guidance. Just silence.

What now?

Sky feels the pressure building.
It’s been long enough, hasn't it?
Should she take action?... Should she leave it?

No one has told her what to do in situations like this.
